-Regarding Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution, “Initial Retainer Fee (i.e. The fee to initiate the procedure regardless of the result of whether clients win or lose)” and “Reward Fee(i.e. The fee based on the success of clients in the procedure)” system is as follows:

-Regarding Legal Advisor (i.e. providing the legal consultation to the client within the time which is agreed in Legal Advisory Agreement), monthly basis fee is adopted.
Monthly basis fee is above 33,000 Japanese yen (Tax included).
※Actual fee is changeable and negotiable based on contents of the consultation, estimated necessary duration of the consultation per month, and so on. I will give the estimation and other conditions before signing Legal Advisory Agreement.
-Regarding Trademark registration
1 class: Initial Retainer Fee is 22,000 Japanese yen and Reward Fee is 36,300 Japanese yen (Tax included).
2 class: Initial Retainer Fee is 33,000 Japanese yen and Reward Fee is 58,500 Japanese yen (Tax included).
-Regarding the others except Litigation, Alternative Dispute Resolution, Legal Advisory Contract and Trademark registration, Hourly Basis Fee is adopted.
Standard fee per hour is 27,500 Japanese Yen (Tax included)
